Playtime-online Inc. known as (“Phonbok,” “we,” and “us”) respects the privacy of its users (“you”). This Privacy Policy is commitment to protecting your privacy describing the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. By using our website or application (our “Service”), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect about you

When using the App or Website you may provide us with personal data, we may collect information that can identify you such as your email, name and address ("personal information") and other information that does not identify you. We may collect this information through a registration form, website or a mobile application. To use our App or Website and other services, you are authorizing us to gather, parse and retain data related to the provision of the Service. In addition, you can fill out a text box “reasons for attending” and “ I am looking for today “ text box, to provide additional information about yourself that is used by our NLP based algorithm to match and make comparisons, as well as respond to posts, comments, survey/poll responses and any other App related functions or features that may be available to you and the event organizer and the other attendees.

Information you provide

In order to register as a user with Phonbok you may select a event registration form , the app registration and or the website registration. If you do so, you authourize us to access your email address, interests, likes, gender, education history, current city, personal description , photos, contacts list, and information about your photos. You will also be asked to allow Phonbok to collect your location information from your device when you download or use the Service. In addition, we may collect and store any personal information you provide while using our Service or in some other manner. This may include identifying information, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, financial information. If you chat with other Phonbok users, you provide us the content of your chats, and if you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, you provide us with the content of that communication.

If you are an event organizer, show manager or set up a personal event, you may also provide us with conference agendas, customer lists, exhibitor lists and other information and other Personal data we collect through your use of our App or Website. You may chose to encrypt your data to our servers in which case it is your sole responsibility to retrieve your data with your personal private password.

This information could include your browser type, IP address, device ID and type, language and the operating system used by your device, your mobile device’s geographic location while our application is actively running, and the referring website address. We may automatically collect information from your browser or device when you visit our Service.

We use various technologies to collect information from your device and about your activities on our Service.

Using a Registration form you agree to pre-populate the App fields in your personal virtual business card, your personal profile, conference agendas, attendee lists, exhibitor lists and location information.

Showing your App activity on the News and Activity Feeds in the App may be posting to large screens within the event, Sending emails or push notifications in relation to the event. We enter into agreements with event organizers to safeguard the protection of your personal data. Also, we recommend that you read and review the privacy policy of the event organizer to ensure you are fully aware of all the purposes for which your data is being processed. We may share your information with exhibitors, attendees, delegates if you click on “Invite or grant contact” in the virtual business cards.

We may provide your personal data to third parties in order to meet a legal obligation or court order. When transferring personal data outside the European Economic Area we enter into EU Standard Contractual Clauses to comply with our legal obligations. In addition, in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar events, any information in our possession may be transferred to our successor or assign.

Cookies and Use of Cookie Data and similar technologies

We use cookies and web beacons in our App and on our Website. We may assign your device one or more cookies to facilitate access to our Service and to personalize your experience. Through the use of a cookie, we also may automatically collect information about your activity on our Service, such as the pages you visit, the time and date of your visits and the links you click.

Mobile Device IDs

If you're using our app, we use mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer), or Advertising IDs (for iOS 6 and later), instead of cookies, to recognize you. We do this to store your preferences and track your use of our app. Unlike cookies, device IDs cannot be deleted, but Advertising IDs can be reset in “Settings” on your iPhone. Analytics companies use device IDs to track information about app usage.

Information Shared with Other Users

When you register as a user of Phonbok, your Phonbok profile will be viewable by other users of the Service. Other users (and in the case of any sharing features available on Phonbok, the individuals or apps with whom a Phonbok user may choose to share you with) will be able to view information you have provided to us directly or if you chat with your granted contact, of course your contact will see the content of your chat.

Personal information

We do not share your personal information with others except as indicated in this Privacy Policy or when we inform you and give you an opportunity to opt out of having your personal information shared.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our services are directed to the general public. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age or have any reasonable grounds for believing that children under the age of 13 are accessing our Website or using our services. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Although our Service is a general audience Service, we restrict the use of our service to individuals age 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of 18.
